         Wildflower Country Club Estates

Wildflower Golf Club, located in the Cape Haze area of southwestern Florida, is currently an 80 acre closed golf course. In a state full of hot areas especially along the Gulf coast, Cape Haze is located in Charlotte County, southwest of Port Charlotte between Englewood and Placida on State Road 775. Cape Haze is part of the Punta Gorda metro area but was spared by Hurricanes Charley and Ivan. Cape Haze is one of the hottest real estate markets in Florida. Wildflower is located on SR-775 (Placida Rd.) and Gasparilla Pines Boulevard and directly across the street from exclusive Lemon Bay Golf Club and of course Lemon Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. It is a mere 4 miles from ultra posh Boca Grande, Florida. 遜 mile down the roads are 2 full service marinas where you can easily motor out to the Gulf for a day of fishing and relaxing.
A lovely wooded stream runs from Lemon Bay onto the southwest portion of Wildflower creating a lovely tide pond full of saltwater game fish. Wildflower also has a number of small lakes and ponds created as hazards for the golfers that will serve as gorgeous scenery for the homeowners. Because it is a golf course there will not be extensive land clearing as most of Wildflower is flat open space.
